Privacy policy

We collect only what you give us through our forms (for example a request for quote, a tender clarification, a supplier registration or a job application) and use it to answer you, assess your request and meet legal obligations. Each form states its purpose and lawful basis next to the consent checkbox.

Form submissions are kept for 12 months and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law. Uploaded files are held privately and are only available to authorised staff.

Submissions are shared only with the department that handles them and with service providers who process them for us (such as email delivery and hosting) under written agreements. We do not sell personal data.

Under data protection law you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) or the Data Protection Commission (Ghana). Write to the data protection officer and we will reply within the legal time limit.
