Challenge
A newly laid flowline had to be proven fit for service before it could be brought online.
Scope of work
Line filling, pressurisation, hold period and depressurisation, with continuous pressure and temperature recording.
Solution
A hydrotest spread with calibrated recorders, run to a test procedure agreed with the client.
Results
The flowline was tested to procedure and handed over with a complete test record.
